Not super chewer approved, but good option for calmer pups

We learned very quickly that we can't use the disposable ones because those are just for funsies apparently. These worked really well for us for a bit with our puppy. They feel nice and have a little cushion if you are using them in a crate. However, our mastiff puppy discovered the backing material and the way it can crinkle when he moves . . . this resulted in him destroying every pad like this that I'd bought. *face palm* If you have a puppy or super chewer, I can't say I recommend these. However for a calmer dog, maybe an older pup, I think these would be great. I found a washable pad that is made a little differently and so far he's only chewed those tags . . . fingers crossed that I'm done finding waterproof liner in his poop.

Great quality reusable pads saving my sanity

We just adopted a puppy and have been struggling with potty training. She will go potty outside, but also just helps herself to all my rugs and mats throughout the house whenever she felt the urge. We laid down the paper pads but she only saw them as toys and destroyed them the second they were put on the ground. We had to pull up all our rugs because of all the pee pee accidents. I needed a solution to bridge the gap between no accidents and accidents inside that I can accept- which is when I found these. It took our pup about a week or two to really get the hang of it, but after I blotted up some of accidents with the mat so that it had her smell on it, she’s been pretty loyal to going on it. I’ve washed them a few times and they come out of the washing machine just like new. I’m air drying them to prevent shrinking or warping. So far I haven’t had any issues of leaking and it seems to hold a decent amount of urine. They do tend to smell after several accidents, but haven’t had residual odor after washing. I’m very happy with these, which is saving my floors and sanity during these young puppy days!

No sé si existen mejores materiales, pero estos cumplen con lo que necesite. Tenía una perrita de 20 años y gracias a estos tapetes permitio que fuera más facil llevar su vejez ya que en ocasiones orinaba su camita por la edad a pesar de sarcarla a pasear varias veces al día.Estos tapetes facilitaron limpiar la cama de mi perrita. Ella fallecio luego de 1 años.Los guarde y ahora tenemos un gato viejito de 17 años, nuevamente han sido muy útiles estos tapetes, los colocamos bajo su arenero y cuando se acomoda mal nuestro gato y orina por fuera, solo cambiamos el tapete sucio por el limpio y llevamos a lavar el sucio.
